So on my goals pertaining to my business I wrote "think outside the box." Think differently about the business, be creative. Don't do what others are doing. And people have always mentioned the power of influncers. I begin to follow some on IG, show up to events they were at, speak. Engage on social media just to be present.
When the idea came to host an influencer party, I had already established relationships. I reserved 25 tickets originally and hit up maybe 6 influencers. "You are invited to a Mocktail Party" cute flyer with a tasting menu attached. Within the week I has sold out! And had to open up another 10 tickets.
The power of relationships. Relationships are the greatest wealth. When you genuinely connect with people they will go to bat for you with no questions asked. It's encouraging to see the support, more importantly it soldifies the statement 'people support the people behind the brand. And then the brand' in that order.
