The week right before my event (June 12th) I had no plans of still pushing/promoting the dinner. I was tapped out. I had 6 networking events from April- May, 2 workshops, a 'Mocktail Party', a food photoshoot, weekend work gigs. Was just exhausted. But June was the 4th quarter. A friend called and demanded I post daily about the event. Solidify sponsors and my coach pushed me to keep showing up to networking events the final 20 days I sold an additional 5 tickets because I kept showing up.
The seed is inside of the way you do what you do.
Y'all know the saying- do a half way job yield half way results.
We have to get to a point that in whatever we do when executing a vision or goal we must do with our life. By any means necessary.
I can't be like "oh when the restaurant opens then I will go and show up, be disciplined, consistent."
When it's time- is not the time to get ready.
I have to be committed regardless of how big or small the event and even if there is a financial return or not!
How I show up now determines how I thrive later.
So much can turn around in the 4th quarter. It's not a time to get lax but to push even harder.
